Focusing on A to B

The Street Car Takeover Series

We have been active participants of the Street Car Takeover Series. Our group has travelled, often bringing multiple cars to events all up and down the east coast, and as far inland as Bristol, Tennessee. We enjoy this series as they strive to host events that appeal to the masses. 99% of the vehicles in this series are road legal cars with functional cooling systems, charging systems and can get to and from the line on their own power.

We find ourselves racing in various different classes in these events, from the roll races, to the daily drivers classes, and even into the street racer series. We appreciate these races as it provides a great way to become active in racing when you’re not 100% sure how far you want to go with it, and at the same time, get ideas as to what we/you might want to do next, and how to get faster and more efficient.

Grassroots; Remembering Where We Are, And Where We Came From

You don’t have to search hard to see that the art of motorsports is slowing starting to fade. While we are very much for the advancement of technology, urban sprawl has been effecting tracks nationwide. We support when we can, and as often as we can by attending our local tracks, local events, and shaking hands with the people that put the work and dedication into putting these events on.

On weekdays you can find us testing at local tracks like Carolina Dragway “The House of Hook, SC Motorplex, and Bowman Dragway. We are also frequent travelers to Darlington Dragway, Rockingham, Bristol, Mid-Georgia Motorsports Park and even Bradenton, FL (BMP).
